Excellence in Statement/ Report Writing - Overview

This practical course will teach delegates how to turn their clinical notes into statements or reports.

Through practical exercises, delegates will review the structure of statements and reports while also gaining the ability to identify the information that needs to be included. They will learn how to distinguish between facts, inference and opinions, and explore common pitfalls and mistakes made by Healthcare Professionals, and importantly how to avoid them.

Delegates will review statements and reports, including style and format, and use objective assessment criteria to assess their own written evidence.
