This practical webinar will start by exploring the resources required, and the processes and systems that need to be put in place when starting an expert witness practice.
The training will then explore putting together a business plan, to include a sales and marketing strategy. The presenter will share with delegates a number of useful hints, tips and techniques to enable them to identify potential clients, gain instruction and more effectively market their expert witness services.
The final part of the training will cover working with lawyers from the initial instruction phase through to conclusion of the case.
