Course Outline:

Decisions made during pressurised situations must be recorded, and should explain the rationale behind the decision.

This course can be flexed to suit those involved in incident management, those with on call responsibilities, where decisions may impact on public safety and culpability of their employer, or those in investigation management positions in either the public or private sectors.
