The Speaker:

Gordon Williams – Minter Ellison

Gordon is dually qualified in the UK and Australia and a partner in Minter Ellison's Workplace division. He provides the full range of employment, human resources and industrial law advice and have extensive experience advising on executive appointments and terminations, enforcement of post employment restraints and HR issues arising out of corporate transactions (including mergers, acquisitions, disposals and outsourcing), restructuring and reorganisation.

Gordon has also developed an increasing speciality in employee benefit arrangements (including share option and other incentive remuneration) and related governance issues. Building on his previous practice as an employment lawyer in the UK, he also has experience of project managing employment matters that have multi-jurisdictional aspects, including international assignments and secondments.
