Shalini Agarwal - In Se Legal

I am a Partner at In Se Legal, and advise global corporations on Indian employment and immigration law. I service multinational clients globally, on various aspects of employment law - assisting with staffing issues, terminations, restructuring and Indian immigration requirements. I have been recognised annually by the International Who’s Who of Leading Corporate Immigration Lawyers since 2007. 

I divide my time between India and London and I am a frequent speaker at international conferences on various topics related to doing business in India. I have led Indian Employment Law and Business Culture seminars and workshops for several years.
