Louise Harrison – William Fry

Louise is a solicitor in William Fry’s Employment department. She joined William Fry in 2005 as a Trainee Solicitor.  

Louise specialises in employment law. She advises domestic and international companies on employment law issues including: employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions, employment contracts, workplace policies and procedures, statutory rights and obligations, dismissals, disciplinary processes, redundancies (including the management of collective redundancies), employee information and consultation, the Transfer of Undertakings Regulations in outsourcings and business sales, consultancy contracts and post-termination restrictions.
