I am a founder of Raczkowski Paruch, a niche employment law firm. The firm is listed as the leading or Band 1 Polish employment firm by Chambers & Partners, Legal500, Forbes and various local publications.
I have over 20 years of experience in the practice of employment law. I used to be a partner with Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak, the leading Polish full-service firm where I created and for many years led the employment law department. Prior to that, I was assistant professor at the Law School of the Jagiellonian University.
I have authored numerous publications on Polish and European employment law. I was the Vice-Chairman of the Management Board of the European Employment Lawyers Association, founder of the Labour Law Association, the Chairman of the Employment Committee of the Warsaw Bar and a member of the editorial board of Monitor Prawa Pracy.
