This interactive course on US labour law, led by Adam Forman and Michael Mankes from top US law firm Littler Mendelson, provides a comprehensive and compelling overview of US employment law.

The Speakers:

Michael Mankes advises and defends employers in a broad array of employment law matters. Particular areas of expertise include wage and hour compliance, leaves of absence advice, and the representation of employers with respect to wrongful termination, and federal and state discrimination and harassment claims. Michael also works closely with employers on litigation prevention measures and general legal and policy compliance. 

Adam Forman advises employers in a broad range of employment law matters. His practice is dedicated to providing day-to-day counselling to clients on all issues that touch the workplace and to drafting critical employment-related documents such as employment contracts, severance agreements, and reduction-in-force documentation. Adam regularly conducts employment-related trainings for clients on topics as varied as harassment prevention, hiring techniques, conducting investigations, performance management and boot camps for managers.
