Mediation between parties can be an effective tool in resolving disputes early and amicably. It is a flexible process that can be used at any stage of a disagreement and assists in maintaining workable relationships.

This course is designed to give un understanding of the different types of mediation and where they can be used. Practical exercises enable learners to practice the core concepts of mediation to enhance their skill.
