Course Outline:

It is essential that Local Authorities are confident in implementing the full range of sanctions available to them to deal effectively with the landlords who fail in their duties towards their tenants.

The course will initially focus on the legal framework relating to rogue landlords before an analysis of relevant case law and a discussion of current tribunal trends and their impact on the investigation. The course will then progress to practical exercises where the delegates will gain experience in implementing the enforcement options.
