This training is designed for anyone who needs to have an awareness of RIPA (or its equivalents such as RIPSA in Scotland or RIPL in the Channel Islands) and the various activities that can be conducted.
The training is interactive and includes a number of scenarios which make the delegates consider the real-life issues they face in the workplace. The training also includes changes to RIPA as a result of the Investigatory Powers Act 2016.
