This course is aimed at those who have a working knowledge of the legislation to refresh and update this knowledge with regards to any changes to RIPA, Pt 3 of the Police Act 1997 & IPA, including started cases or significant judgements and also considers the practical aspects of these.

- Targeted Equipment Interference
- Covert Human intelligence Sources (CHIS)
