Opportunities exist to offer your expert witness services in Ireland. If you are an expert interested in practising in the Irish Courts, join our essential half-day advanced workshop to understand the specific requirements of working in Irish jurisdiction.
Delivered by an Irish lawyer-trainer, this session is designed to ensure you understand the key differences between acting as an expert witness in Ireland and UK jurisdictions. You will also learn about the Irish legal system and courts structures, as well as your duties and obligations, and get practical tips for preparing reports and giving evidence in the Irish justice system. The session will finish with some practical advice on finding work as an expert witness in Ireland.
