The Expert Witness Site is an Irish organisation, founded by Barristers, which has transformed the process for Lawyers to find the right Expert Witness.
How We Work
When a Solicitor submits a request for an Expert Witness, The Expert Witness Site contacts the relevant Expert Witnesses, providing details of the report and services required; and seeks responses from available Experts.
The Expert Witness Site provides the details of available Experts to the Solicitor and the Solicitor then engages their Expert of choice directly. TEWS does not charge any fee to the Expert at any stage of the process.
Experts can gain entry to our “Recommended” database on recommendation from a lawyer and can further enhance their profile by completing our Expert Witness Masterclass training.
Masterclass
Our Expert Witness Masterclasses is run quarterly and is delivered by Barristers Eavanna FitzGerald BL and Mark Tottenham BL.
