What are frameworks?
A framework is a procurement method used by public sector organisations (and the third sector) to streamline the process of buying services.
By pre-approving a list of qualified suppliers, the procurement process is made simpler by removing the need for the formal tender process each time a procurement opportunity arises.
Suppliers invited onto frameworks are required to prove that they are able to deliver to the required standard and provide evidence of successful performance on previous, similar contracts.

Frameworks can help you save time and money by removing the need for you to run your own lengthy and expensive tender processes.
Suppliers on frameworks are already fully ‘pre-procured’, meaning that organisations can commission our training through the framework without going to a tender process as suppliers are pre-qualified.
What frameworks are Bond Solon on
Bond Solon are on a number of training frameworks including those managed by Premier Partnership, Bloom and YPO.
However the two largest are Government Campus, run by the Cabinet Office and the RM6219 Dynamic Purchasing System for the Wider Public Sector, run by the Crown Commercial Service.

How do I know if my organisation is signed up to the Frameworks
Government Campus provides learning and development for all civil servants. RM6219 is available to all public sector organisations including the NHS and local government. Please ask your procurement team if your organisation procures services through these frameworks.
Is there a minimum or maximum spend?
Organisations can book a single person on a course, or commission training for hundreds of members of staff.

If you are looking at commissioning some training which is not currently offered by either Framework, please contact us to discuss this. Clients have been able to add programmes on to the Government Campus catalogue so they can book through the Framework, or undertake a Rapid Award Procedure on the RM6219 so they can book with us.
