The Crown Commercial Service offers training and development via the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to all UK public sector bodies, the wider public sector (WPS) and the third sector.
Who can access this agreement?
It can be used by all UK government and public sector bodies which include:
- Non-departmental public bodies
- Devolved administrations
- Local authorities
- NHS bodies
- Charities
- Universities, colleges, schools, further education providers
Central government departments can also use this agreement, but only if they have been through Government Campus first and that Framework does not meet your needs.

Procuring Training
The Crown Commercial Service recommends that you contact suppliers to see if they can assist with your needs. There is no minimum or maximum spend. There are two options for procuring training:
- Standard Direct Award
The Standard Direct Award Procedure on the DPS allows you to select your specific service requirements and choose selected suppliers on the DPS to take part in a capability assessment and/or a further competition. - Rapid Award Procedure
If you know courses in Bond Solon’s portfolio match your requirements you can adopt a Rapid Award Procedure and book Bond Solon without going to tender by using our standard prospectus and pricing.
