Accident and Incident Investigations

Health and Safety professionals play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

From time to time accidents will occur in the workplace. It is essential that those tasked with investigating them have the core knowledge and investigative skills to conduct a thorough accident investigation. By doing so they will be able to

  • identify potential hazards.
  • enable their organisation to implement preventive measures.
  • reduce the likelihood of accidents happening again.
  • ensure a safer work environment.
