On Friday 10 November 2017, at the 23rd Annual Bond Solon Expert Witness Conference, The Right Honourable Lady Justice Rafferty delivered a powerful and inspiring keynote address in front of 450 experts witnesses.

Lady Justice Rafferty with great conviction said: “Expert evidence is central to the good order of how we run our professional lives. With the deepening knowledge afforded us by scholarship across so many disciplines, coupled with the availability of technology, our chance of doing right to all men – a part of the judicial oath – is markedly improved if we can rely on you”.
