It’s essential that investigators using digital cameras secure evidence that will be admissible in court.
On this Digital Photographs as Admissible Evidence training course you’ll cover the rules of evidence, ACPO guidelines and the rules relating to digital images.
Through a practical session, you’ll look at the process of the taking of a digital image and the production of the image as an exhibit. You’ll also learn about approved devices for data storage and transfer to ensure that the process is lawful.
Currently the Digital Photographs as Admissible Evidence course is not part of an accredited programme.
