Good investigation processes are essential in combatting external fraud or internal theft. Outcomes may include civil recovery, prosecution, dismissal of an employee, or a combination of all three.
Investigations must be conducted to the required evidential standard whether the aim is to recover losses, or disrupt organised criminality and assist with the subsequent enforcement action.
All of my team that have attended the Bond Solon courses have commented on how valuable the training was, as well as complimenting the delivery and style of the trainer. One of the attendees has 42 years’ experience and said of the course that it was the most outstanding training he had received during that time.
