We closely monitor and review feedback* from all courses we deliver to assess whether the learning outcomes/objectives are being met; and that they are being delivered to a high and consistent standard.

*At the end of each course, delegates will be asked to complete feedback forms, which combine both free text and scoring fields.

Skills and Knowledge Check

At the start of the course, delegates are asked to indicate their knowledge and skills from 1 (poor) to 10 (expert) in the topic we are training. At the end of the course, delegates will be asked to indicate their knowledge and skills following the training. This allows us to report on delegate self-certified skills and knowledge increase in the topic.

Application in the Work Place

Delegates are asked if they are able to apply what they have learnt back in the work place, in both a Y/N questions and also a free text box.

This allows us to show the percentage of those that will be able to apply what they have learnt, while also being able to show which specific elements of the course they will be able to apply.

Rating of the Trainer

We ask delegates to evaluate both the trainer and the course itself. Delegates are asked to score the trainer from 1 (poor) to 10 (outstanding) in the following areas:

  • Knowledge of the subject
  • Creating interest in the subject
  • Responding to questions
  • Relating training to your role

Rating of the Course

We also ask delegates to score each the course from 1 (poor) to 10 (outstanding) in the following areas:

  • Course Content
  • Workbooks/materials
  • Exercises/case studies
  • Relevancy to your role

Delegates are also invited to give free text comments on these areas and on the course in general.

Tailored Feedback Forms

We are happy to create tailormade feedback forms to ensure we are capturing what is important for the NPS. 

Trainer Feedback

At the end of each course, the trainer is required to complete a feedback form of their own. This will allows us to audit and monitor the ongoing delivery of training.

The Trainer and Delivery Manger will carry out planned and unplanned observations and assessments of our trainers. Amongst other things they are assessing the course structure, timings, trainer knowledge, and trainer skills.
